Join me for the Unpaused Walk & Talk – a relaxed opportunity to walk, talk, connect and share stories with other women in our community.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and there’s something incredibly powerful about having honest conversations with people who understand. These walks are designed to create a welcoming space where you can share what you're going through, connect with others, feel less alone, and perhaps pick up a few tips, perspectives and words of encouragement along the way.

We'll meet on Thursday 1 October at 6pm at the Saumarez Park Cafe for a gentle walk along the beach. No pressure, no expectations – just good conversation, fresh air and the chance to meet like-minded women.
